Maybe Psalms 14:1 says "The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that do good." because whomever added this line, during one of the umpteen times "The Bible" has been rewritten/translated, wanted an easy way to discredit those who were smart enough to question what was being force fed to them by corrupt power hungry men.
Because if your gullible enough to believe in the pregnant virgin mary then you are probably gullible enough to believe it when someone tells you that, "it's just that way because, looky here, it says it right here in this little book from g0d that the non-believers are fools". Sounds like an air tight argument to me....
"The church says the earth is flat, but I know that it is round, for I have seen the shadow on the moon, and I have more faith in a shadow than in the church."
-- As attributed to Ferdinand Magellan (1480-1521)

Yes.
God tells us that he will make the wisdom of the world look like the wisdom of fools.
1 Corinthians 1:18-25
18 For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. 19 For it is written:
“I will destroy the wisdom of the wise;
the intelligence of the intelligent I
will frustrate.”
20 Where is the wise man? Where is the scholar? Where is the philosopher of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? 21 For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not know him, God was pleased through the foolishness of what was preached to save those who believe. 22 Jews demand miraculous signs and Greeks look for wisdom, 23 but we preach Christ crucified: a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles, 24 but to those whom God has called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. 25 For the foolishness of God is wiser than man’s wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than man’s strength.

It doesnt mean there fools exactly, i mean of course there wrong to believe that there isnt a god, i mean duh, God loves everyone of use, even if we hate him, he still loves us. There not fools, just confused, longing for gods power to reign on them.
There is NOBODY who does good, sure we do good once in a while, but everyone has sinned. Nobody is perfect, But God is.And soon the Atheists will come to their senses.God bless!

God's judgement hinges on how we
treat life.
Effort reaps rewards, regardless of
personal beliefs.
The word atheist, is just a word.

Are you as a-nah-lee retentive with automotive manuals as you are with the bible, and if so will you work on my car in exchange for a reward in heaven?

A fool says in his heart, " there is no God." I say it loud and proud in public because I'm not deluded.
