well this guy i like just transfered into a class of mine...of course its gym.Well we ((as in my friends ))talked 2 him and he was like talking about how we have 2 run a mile in gym wed. and that he will be on fire....well im not much of a runner and i think i may embarrass myself when i run befcasue i dont run that long and we have 2 do ten laps around and they will be timed so wht do i do 2 help my running better....BY TOMMORROW!!!!and by the way........im on a diet too so this will help me lose weight 4 tennis...so yeah!!PLEASE HELP ME NOT TO MAKE A FOOL OF MYSELF!!

You need a miracle, sweetie. Pray hard! Smile. But seriously, everything takes time - you can't just jump into something and expect it to be perfect. You need to practice running every day before you get to whatever level you'd like to be. I suggest you tell the person that you are not a runner and this is your first time doing it. He'll understand.
