most crimanals are cowards not big and bad thats y they beat people up rape and kill with weapons take that away and and they dont want people to know who they are cause there not so tough when they are the ones being told what to do

If they are ...professional criminals - I think its cause they are also wanted for other crimes.
And they do not want those victims to see them and have additional charges filed against them.

maybe cos they don't want family members who don't know about their criminal activities to recognise them, or maybe so as not to 'shame' their family in front of their friends?
