I used to live in CT many years ago and was very surprised when I heard the mayor is Hispanic. I remember years ago when driving through the city, the stark differences between the white section(well-kept,clean) and the hispanic section(run-down, seedy and dirty)of the town but back then it was relatively small.

Hispanics come from different countries and cultures. They are about as uninted as Iraqis. Theirs nothing to worry about.
