1st you have to catch it, them put some vicks in the water. Or you can roll up some kleenex and stuff it in your nose

Keep a kerchief on ur nose and breathe lying down, for about 5-10 minutes, the nose should become little warmer.
add vicks to the boiling water. take a big blanket lie upside down and cover the area of the vessel of water and yourself, so the steam is coming in ur nose and does not escape out.

Well if it were the other way around I'd tell you to eat some spicy foods. But since you have a runny nose then I'd say just keep a tissue with you at all times and take something to dry it up! There are tons of things out there that will

wierd, but I put lemon juice in a hot, moist washcloth and inhale that for a few minutes. Gives me temporary relief.
