Use Pantene or Sunsilk shampoo and conditioner (both are great and affordable) and wash your hair every two days. Washing your hair too often will wash out your natural colours of your hair and take the moisture away. If you want to straighten your hair, then use a hair balm or hair milk before you use the heated appliances, as it can singe or burn your hair if you don't. Avoid split ends by combing your hair only after it is washed in the shower. DO NOT ever BRUSH your hair when wet. Major split end disaster if you do. Don't play with your hair all the time, as it will get oily and greasy. Hope this helped! :D

I used to have extremely unmanageable frizzy curly hair. DON'T USE ANY CURLY HAIR SHAMPOOS. Use Herbal Essences Normal to Oily Haired shampoos and Herbal Essences Conditioner for Permed/Damaged/Dry hair. Only put on shampoo in the shower. When done GENTLY scunch hair with towel and aplly liberal conditioner. Let your hair air dr and it will turn out fine!

Leave-in conditioner!!!

I had always battled my hair until I discovered L'anza Urban Elements leave-in conditioner. I have very thick waist length (if pulled straight) curly hair and this stuff tames it down so I don't have a white girl 'fro.

condition it well and let it grow. Haidressers tend to cut too much off as they don't know how to cut this type of hair, so steer clear unless you want to look like Crystal Tips
