Well I been trying to grow my hair I use this method. I wash my hair every 2-3 days. I stick with one product of hair care. After I wash my hair I put a protein condition in my hair and cover my hair with a shower cap for 30 minutes. After I let it stay in for 30 minutes I rinse it out. When I dry it I part my hair into 4 ponytails and grease it to the ends then one by one and blow dry each one. I also perm my hair every 8 weeks. Every 4 weeks I use a repair treatment on my hair. My product that I use is proclaim. Most people give compliments.

Get it trimmed every 3 months around a full moon - atmospheric pressures make it grow faster that month if trimmed then. Take biotin and gelatin tablets. Drink soy milk. Take flaxseed oil daily. Drink cherry juice throughout the day. Wash every other day or every 2 days if you can.

from what i heard, Garnier (sp) Fruictise length & strength is the best option right now our you can use horse shampoo wierd i know but i was just suggesting it. i suggest you don't use horse shampoo because it might damage your hair or hair growth. you can also try putting it in a VERY tight pony tail and you probably should wear it at night to so when you adjust your head it will kinda pull the roots of you hair without pulling it too much.
