This is a difficult question to answer because of the variables that could apply to invidual models. For instance, a family in North America will likely consume more energy than say one in remote Africa.

The only thing I can tell you is that people put out about 300 BTUS of energy per hour (from old Air Conditioning Load Calculations for office and homes).

If you live in a family of three, the easist way to answer the question would be to go out an read your power meter and water meter and monitor it for a few days and then divide the total by the number of days that you monitored.
