If the acts and words are of God they will correspond to Truth.
If they are incomprehensible, the Spirit of God will reveal the Truth to the heart of one who seeks Him in Truth (and perseveres over Time).
If the Words and Actions are plain and easily understood, then we must have a certain integrity to resolve this. And this is done by both reason and revelation, and that revelation being to Christ and His Church, and to that unity which is founded in the One God.
Further the Lord has said: When I send out my Word, it does not return to me empty. My Word accomplishes everything I send it out to do.
Conclusion: God's Word is founded in action corresponding to His Plan and in fulfillment of His Love. Recogizing His Word and His Action requires knowledge of His Plan and of Him. Disparity is often a result of lack of knowledge in discerning the Word and the Action of God, or attributing what is not caused by Him to an action or word that is not of Him. Often God does not intervene directly into events but carries out His Plan which corresponds to the good He has devised while the evil done by people creates a chain of events that He permits in order that all men may be saved in a future moment. His Wisdom is higher and His View much greater than the finite picture that men have painted for themselves. God's goals are much different than those of men.

We believe in His Word which His acts never contradict. If you think they do contradict then there is something you don't understand about the nature of God. There is nothing wrong with God, there is something wrong with human understanding.

well, if you believe in that kind of god, you are worshiping a imperfect god. A god with flaws. Whats the definition of God? to me, the definition of God means perfection in all ways. so i believe in none, neither words or acts.

Please read my words carefully:
If you see footmark in the sand, you'll say that someone passed from here...
If you see a piece of dog sh*t on the ground, you'll say that a dog passed from here...
So what about the enormous universe, the sky, stars, planets, earth and all the beauty in it, doesn't it lead to that someone made it?!!!
Some people say that everything is created by itself after the big-bang... I won't ask you about what caused the big-bang, but I'll ask you a simple question:
If you take all the letters of the alphabet, multiples of them, and you threw them randomly on the floor. Do you expect (by a chance of one in infinity) to get a poem like shakespear's??!!
Can't you see how organized our universe is, the planets, the eco-system on earth, look even in your own body... Can you control your heart-beat? Can you control your breath while you're sleeping? Who stopped your eye-lashes from growing after reaching a certain length? Who told the baby turtles to move towards the sea and not to the earth after they come out of their eggs? Who taught the bird how to make nests?
My friend, think with your heart and brain. If you're still lost, think about the following:
Do you know how to play safe?
Non-believers' point:
If there's no God and you do all what you want in life, then nothing will happen to you after life. But if there was God and you were mistaken, then you'll blame yourself FOREVER...
Believer's point:
If there's God and I followed His commands in life, then I'll be in Heaven after life FOREVER. But if there was no God and we're mistaken, then nothing bad will happen to us after life...
Now you know how to play-safe, in case you're not convinced?

Both. Jesus IS the WORD of God in the Flesh, and He fulfilled all the OT prophesies of the Messiah. We can trust His Word and His actions.

If you study the Bible and come up with proper interpretation you will see that they are the same. If you just come up with a meaning that suits your purposes you will have a problem.
