depends on the kind of banana
the really brown ones are good for banana bread
and theres green ones
and yellow 1s of course

Sometimes. Green when under-ripe, yellow is best. brown-black when over-ripe. Which is really good for banana bread!

It really depends on what stage of ripening the banana is at. But then again, you probably know that as well.

green...sometimes green/yellow....sometimes just yellow...sometimes yellow with brown spots...sometimes brown with yellow spots.
