My sister baked cupcakes for her friend's birthday, and then realised that the eggs were expired for quite some time.
I told her to check the remaining eggs by dropping them in cold water to see if they are still okay, but either way.. would it be bad to eat expired eggs if they are fully cooked? What is the worst that could happen, really? Would it just taste funny? Because I imagine no dangerous bacteria could live in it if it's cooked.

yeah cooking would kill the bad bacteria

anyway if you eat raw eggs they should be fresh though

even if you cook em, get em fresh every 2 or 3 months anyway
