Is there a good place to learn Adobe Photoshop?

I can't seem to find a good place to learn adobe photoshop. If you know of a place to can teach me. Online perferably. I need to extract images off a picture to use for a banner.

I'd try going 2 your local library and check out "adobe photoshop classroom in a book" people literitulaay swear by it....!
