How do you download fonts into Photoshop CS3?

I mean like where do you save the fonts to, when you download them from the internet, i need them for Adobe Photoshop CS3...

Download a font from http://www.1001fonts.com/ extract it and place the font files into your windows fonts folder C:\WINDOWS\Fonts

CS3 is beta and not many serious designers are using it now.
Try Googling it
