"Has perdido peso" is the literal translation but you can say "Has adelgazado" (you have become skinnier) as well. Don't forget that in Spanish there is a formal and informal address so if you were talking to someone to whom you owe respect (let's say a teacher), you would use "Ha" instead of "Has"
