I need to know something to say to somebody when something stupid happens, like "go live in a shoe" or something. Obviously, judging by my example, I have no idea what to say in such a situation. So please, post your favorite dismissive comments here so that I may learn them and become a master in the art of snappy comebacks.

I know something that will either make most people embarrased, but probably won't make them feel bad. Look at them like you are superior to them, and make the L with your thumb and index finger on your head, or just look at them and laugh. THis works better for bigger insults, or when people stick their tounges out at you.

we should not enjoy making someone feel stupid. I have no trouble with sarcasm as it comes natural to me and have worked all my life to control myself. Don't demean yourself. Be glad it does not come natural. That makes you the bigger person.

say the opposite of what they siad or say, that was a horrible comeback. if that doesn't work, give them a odd look like they are challenged.
