you should take your first doses when you wake up and take it again after six hours. You shouldn't set alarm to wake you up just to take the medicine.

This means take 4 times a day. So if you take one when you wake up (early like 6 am) one at noon, one at around 5 or 6 and then one right befor you go to bed. Not all medication needs to be strictly scheduled. However, consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have any other questions.

Many people misunderstand this, but daily means 24 hours. You would need to take the meds every 6 hours.
