Feeding Alka Seltzer to seagulls is even funnier. (just a joke)
Red, birds get drunk naturally by eating berries that have fermented on the ground. Horses and cows can do the same thing by eating fresh grain or fermented apples. I've seen it. They will actually seek out the fermented ones. We had horses when I was a kid and they'd break fences to get at our pear trees. They'd get staggering drunk.
