Yeah it will be great to breath again. Drink some chicken soup or tea or anything that is hot in your mouth (especially the roof) to expand your sinuses. You can breath steam from a kettle or take a steam bath. I've snorted warm salted water. The idea is to get it up into the sinuses, not in your lungs. I try not to use nasal sprays because of the "rebound effect" I experience from them. That's when they tend to stay clogged without the spray.

my doc tells me always it depend on the meds your taking strong meds will take 2-3 days n the the next will take 7-10 days i get them all the time I hope you feel better soon take care
