Probably a fuse, or either the dimmer switch has been turned down. My wife does that everytime she cleans out the car!

you need to take it to the dealership soo they can run a test on your dashboard and don't wait as I waited too long and my entire board went out and it was like a ghost panel nothing there.

Rip it out and change the light bulb that you will see its really simple just fit it right in place after you are done
