i have red dots on my shins and ankles?

i was thinking it was cause my legs were dry and ive been working out alot... what are bed bugs? do you think i could have those... but i do have a new bed

where could i pick up fleas... i dont have any animals or go to anyones house who has them

have you introduced something that has high protein in it or some sort of suppliment with protein and/or iron in it?
