well last year my ex boyfriend and I went out for about 4 months but i broke up with him because he was lying and he asked another girl out.
so now its about a year later and i totally regret breaking up with him because i cant stop thinking about him i think i really hurt his feelings
but it sorta seems like he likes me but i see him flirting with another girl all the time. HOW CAN I TELL?? sorry for such a long message but ALL HELP IS APPRECIATED VERY MUCH!!!

Sounds like a casual dating situation. This is where he isn't aware of your feelings. If, or more like when, you talk with him, tell him your desires. Try to explain your feelings as best you did in this question. This shows him you are interested and want a relationship, but you want it exclusively. It sounds like you're both still in school somewhere. As the kids put it dating or friends with benefits? Is that what this is? Talk with him and let him know what your feeling are, if it ends up as a date, go from there. Identify with him too, what he wants from this. Compromise and communication is the key to a long lasting love.

I think I'm going to be doing the same thing. Breaking a boy's heart be breaking up with him on Valiten's Day. I know I going to miss him but we have to do what we think is right and I think it will be right to do it. I will feel really reallly REALLY bad about it because he said he "loved" me. Don't you think love is such a strong word to use when your still so very young? Any way your last part " it seems like he likes me but I see him flirting with another girl" maybe he is trying to get you gelous so you will like him again or he moved on and is looking for someone new.I can't tell from your small qusetion. -Good Luck!

Forget about him. Do you really want a man who lies? Imagine the hell you'd live in if you were his girlfriend. Would you trust him? No. You'd always be wondering.
