If you now have an orange/brassy colour, that means that your hair colour is medium brown., This means that you need to purchase a medium Ash brown colour to neutralize the orange . Go to a Pharmacie that has a Colour Technician, or to a store like Sally's that sells professional products and ask for a hair colour containing blue in it. The blue neutralizes the orange. Ash is made with a blue base. Mix it with warm water, not peroxide. (This is called a toner)
This is the safest way to remove the orange.

Did the dye have any peroxide or bleach in it? If so, you may have gotten this tint from over-exposing the colour in your hair. In that case, don't bleach it again, because that will only make it worse. Try a colour enhancing shampoo or a conditioner that will fix damaged or dry hair. Any kind of protecting serum might assist too. Give it a week and if the tint doesn't go away, you might need to colour over it again.

If it's orange: wait a few days and bleach it for a little longer. If it's just brassy toned then get a "toner". Ask a hair salon for it, or if you have a "sally's" in the area you can find it there.
