The secret for long life is where ever you find your happiness. And also, by staying healthy as a kid, you basically set the foundation for the rest of your life. Although, there can be many drastic changes that cause death, such as:cancer, shootings, car crashes, you name it. Staying fit and active can help because it increases your chances of being able to actually move when you are older.
Now, if you are the type of people who munch on junk all day and hardly ever see sunlight, then I highly doubt that you will live past 60. Studies show that it is more likely for people to not be confined to a wheelchair if they are active throughout their life.
Back to the happiness issue. If you are extremely happy about something, it doesn't matter what it is, you have a better chance of surviving longer, because you have hope for your future. I suggest playing an instrument if you are feeling down, because it helps bring out your true emotions. I play piano, and I prefer sad songs because that is how I used to feel all of the time, and it shows me that things change. I just got tired of happy music because I felt it was a lie, the point it, people are all different, and if you can find what you truely enjoy in life, it will take you far.
