I'm sure that God does talk to Bush but for God to be heard he has to LISTEN. I don't see a whole lot of listening going on there. But God's will, will be done with or without Bush's listening abilities.

Hopefully Bush asks for wisdom and says something like the tax collector in Luke 18 says.
