Why do older guys always go out or are interested in younger girls?

I know obviously one reason is sex and in the very few cases they actually care about the girl.But what other reasons are there?There must be more?

I am an expert on this question, as I love most younger women and girls...

(1) They nearly always look more attractive

(2) They do not have too much baggage

(3) They usually do not have a lot of kids in tow

(4) They usually do not have an ex-husband

(5) They tend to be more trusting and attractively naive and innocent about much of life

(6) They often dress better and more sexily than older women

(7) They tend to be slimmer and have better figures than most older women

(8) They are more suitable and healthy for child-bearing when younger (though not too young)

(9) They are generally more attracted to older men

(10) They remind older men of their youth and keep them feeling young

(11) Many less-confident, shyer or less good-looking men may have had little success with girls and women their own age when they were younger themselves, so their maturity and experience helps them attract a younger woman they could not have before for some reason or other

(12) Society tends to be more accepting and understanding of older men-younger women relationships, unless the girl is under 16 or so

(13) Age differences are a matter of personal choice

This sounds like this question is geared for the younger crowd but I'm 18 at heart. I have dated more younger men in the last 7 years from 13 years older and up. There are a lot of reasons to date. Companionship,sharing common interests ,enjoying anothers company, Dating is about getting to know each other and sex shouldn't be one of the top reasons to date. I'm not against sex and if you truly love someone it happens but please think of dates as a get to know each other act. I also agree that the top reason you date who you date is liking the person and caring about them----this should come long before sex.

Younger women are beautiful, have lithe svelte bodies and yes sex is the main reason. The notion of deflowering or teaching the younger woman the ways to pleasure a man is powerful. I think it is also an ego trip for the older man proving to the world that he still has the knack or power to attract a younger woman. Similarly, I think some younger woman like the trappings that going with an older man brings like money, security and if sex is the price then they are happy to pay.

Not all older guys are like this, but yes there are some. I think most guys just dream of doing it, but if they really get the chance find out that it's a lot of drama and trouble.

But to me the reasons have to do with aging and feeling old. Maybe wishing for one last chance to feel young again, or have someone else think of them as someone other than an 'old man'.

Plus, a lot of older people, including men, get a little bitter or untrusting of other people, but seeing younger women who haven't felt the pains that middleaged and older women feel, gives them hope that they can experience the joy of young love again. Real romance, deep love and affection. Yeah, I know, they could experience that with an older woman, but it's not easy realizing that.

I had it down as younger girls get sick of immature lads around their own age and feel like a relationship with someone who isn't going to stick their head under the duvet and fart!

I can't answer for other guys, but invariably, my girlfriends have been older than me - as have both my wives.

My present girlfriend, a Latina, however, is some 25 years younger than me ~ only, I did NOT choose her, nor did I fly halfway across the world to meet and be with her. She did it all herself ~ without asking or making reference to it. She just phoned me on afternoon and asked, ''Where shall we meet? I'm in Hounslow."

Sometimes tho, gurls like dating older guys esp during their teen years, because they fele the older guys understand em better, since they re older and because they feel more secure wit older guys!

This is a good question...I'm eager for some guys to answer this. It's true all the guys I've gone out with have been older than me. But thank god we haven't had sex...thought about it though. Men are supposed to be relatively immature. The way to work out the optimum age of a female partner is to cut your male age in half and add 7 years. It really does tend to work
