The dea raided my boyfriends and his partners house recently, to my suprise they only arrested the two guys and let me and his partners girl go. They found almost 400 plants...along with lots of equipment used to grow hydoponically. does anyone know what the laws are in loisianna concerning ths?

If it was the DEA, then Louisiana's laws may not matter. He may wind up with federal time in prison. Federal sentencing guidelines mandate 80% of the term must be served.

How many times are you going to post this question? Your boyfriend and his friend are in a nutshell screwed they are looking at several years in federal prison. I'm surprised they let you go.
