Is getting tattoos reallly2 hurt?!!? Pls rate the hurt-power (1-10)... and, how long the tattoo will heal?

it all depends on your pain tolerance and where you are getting the tattoo. i would rate all of mine between a 3 and 7. the 7 pain only lasted for brief moments on real tender spots. usually it was a consistent 3-4.
my tattoos usually take about 14 days to heal give or take a few days depending on where they are located (torso about 10 days, feet about 17)

I would say it hurts on an avg of 5....some part of your skin are more sensative than others in the same general area so it'll hut a little on some parts and none on other parts. I think its similar to getting your ears peirced.
As for healing, it takes about 2 weeks. It doesn't hurt at all, but you just have to keep it lubricated.
But really, its not bad at all....good luck

The hurt power is like a bad sunburn, whatever you consider that. The healing depends on the size of the tattoo and how well you take care of it. 1-4 wks.
I don't know if they reallly2 hurt.

I had it on my inner hip, so really hurt about 7 for about two minutes, and then after about 5 adrenaline kicks in, it still hurts you just dont mind it as much. Also to be honest, the hurting thing isnt the worst part, for me it was the lying down and waiting for the needle.. :S but the pain was very bearable.

I got one on my back shoulder blade. It wasn't that bad. The worst part of mine was the itching while it was healing. Keep it lubricated and DONT SCRATCH it. Healed completely in about 2 1/2 weeks.

Depends were you get them.i got a tribal tattoo up my side from my hip to my arm pit and that was the worst it was a 10.I used bag balm it works really good or A&d ointment.

mine hurt cuz it is on my inner wrist. so 10 being the worst, ill say 10. it didnt take long to heal...use a&d ointment on it to keep it moisturized. but apply it after the 2nd day
