my boyfriend and i had just been drinking so we decided to pull into a quiet path in a park. we went to the backseat and started making out and feeling each other. we stopped after a while and i saw a police car pulling up to next us. he said it was having sex in a public place is illegal, but he left us go with a warning. i know having sex is indecent exposure, but is what my boyfriend and i did really illegal?

Boy friend or not...what you did is public indecency. and yes it was illegal. Feel fortunate that you weren't embarrassed by getting arrested and having your family and friends find out...

If you guys were having sex, then that is illegal but making out is not...if it was a lot of people would be arrested, including myself for kissing in public....
