Okay, so they are all kinda nauseating, but they could work. Don't force anything, a nickname that rolls off the tongue is the best. Maybe a play off his name, or like I said, something from an experience.

I call my man baby and he calls me baby, so our 2 year old walks around calling us both baby, its quite cute. But some other names we have for each other include pumpkin and boo-boo. Personally I think anything you come up with, as long as its said with love, will be fine.
