What is the audio effect used on male voices in techno music?

I need this effect for a project quick! It's used by HelloGoodbye, Shiny Toy Guns, Leiadorus, on the voice to make it more robotic and electronic, especially when a male is singing. Its like a voice processor or something. Where can I get it or especially where can a download it for a program like Cubase???

Hmm...could be Autotune from Antares.

It's a pitch correcting plugin...but most people don't use it for that...with enough tweaking you can produce some strange effects.
