If your friend is from Spain or Mexico, you should just say:
Me gustas, y quiero salir contigo. Que te parece? = I like you and want to go out with you. What do you think (about it)?
If you don't speak Spanish well, practice saying "quiero" before asking this girl out. The "r" is Spanish is rolled, not the flat "r" in English. If it sounds like "Key-Air-O", keep practicing!
