Yes, you should wash the floor. If it's tile or linoleum, just use a paper towel and an antibacterial kitchen spray.

I personally would recommend mopping or at least giving a good once over with a rag and some kind of disinfectant that kills salmonella at the least. If the pork was uncooked...wow blood from the meat, germs from the floor..i highly recommend Lysol kitchen, or Clorox clean-up, or something that specifically says it kills germs and salmonella.

You should, just a little bit of soap on a wet paper towel, because if you touch the floor there could be bacteria transported to you skin, and could cause serious infection. Or, if you step on the spot where you dropped the floor, and later took of your socks the bacteria might stick to your socks, and transport to your hands while removing your socks.
Obv., as you know, soap would remove most of the bacteria.

Lysol or Bleach will kill anything you drop on the floor. Not much else will be sure to get rid of anything the pork had on/in it.
