He leaves red spots? Have you determined where they are coming from? If it's coming from his penis, retract his foreskin and check for signs of any foreign objects. He should be seen by the vets either way.

It's probably fleas - they can leave behind tiny spots of blood when they bite. You can check by putting him on top of a white sheet or a white piece of paper (depending on how big he his), and combing him thoroughly. If you see little black specks that look like pepper coming off of him, that means he has fleas (the black specks are digested blood). Go to the vet & get some flea medicine for him - the vet has once-a-month flea drops that are safe & effective. You'll also need to wash your bedding, and vacuum the house thoroughly. Seal the vacuum bag in a plastic bag & throw it away outside when you're done.

Good luck!

You could have a female dog on your hands rather than a male. If you are SURE it is a male, he may have a buster blood vellel or internal bleeding. Take him to the Vet to make sure.

he has fleas and they are biting him which is causing him to bleed a little bit and that is what you are seeing. take him to the Vet and get the RIGHT kind of flea medicine so it will take care of the problem. Then you will have to wash up everything-from throw rugs, beddings, carpet etc.

She might be in heat, when they have their menstrual cycle that happens. If you have some toddler panties this will realy help, now if it's a boy bleeding you better get to the vet

The vet would know what was going on. If it's fleas, the vet can help with that too.
