He will reveal Himself to those who are called and chosen,
You must ask that question in your most private chambers not in public as do the hypocrites.

Of course not. Not many records were kept in ancient times, and hardly any survived to the present day. Hard evidence of anyone's existance before the 20th century is about a scarce as hen's teeth. I don't believe in Jesus the way Christians do, but if he never existed, why is there so much written about him? He must have existed in some way, shape, or form, or else he wouldn't have inspired so much commentary. The fact that he never wrote anything (or anything that survived) isn't all that unusual when you realize what a long oral history existed among Jews (and he WAS Jewish, first and foremost). It wouldn't have been unusual for him not to have written anything, and for his followers to have passed the tradition on orally for years, only writing it down many years later after Christianity had expanded from a Jewish cult to infiltrating the gentile mainstream.

I can tell from your avitar that history is not a subject you excell in. lol The existence of Jesus is ahistorical fact.

JESUS CHRIST SURPASSES ALL HUMAN ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

Jesus Christ only lived 33 years, never went more than 30 miles from his home, never wrote a book, never was on tv, never made a cd or any multimedia source and YET

-- Jesus Christ has influenced the world more than any person;

-- Jesus Christ's existence separates history (ac or bc);

-- Jesus Christ has more books written about him than any person in history;

-- Jesus Christ is the Ruler of the largest religion in the world;

-- Jesus Christ had 11 apostles and numerous martyrs die excruciating deaths believing in the Messiah, the Son of God;

-- Jesus Christ as the promised messiah fulfilled over 300 prophesies in the Old Testament. Just fulfilling 50 makes the odds of doing so 10X135 power, an astronomical number. No human being has ever fulfilled so many prophesies about them, not even Moses!

In short, Jesus Christ has accomplished things NO OTHER HUMAN BEING HAS DONE in the entire history of mankind. If anyone thinks Jesus Christ is JUST A GOOD TEACHER they are very unrealistic by making such a huge understatement.

Extra Biblical references include the Talmud, The Jewish historian Josephus writes about Jesus twice in his History Chronicles and Pliny Jr the Roman historian wrote about Jesus's followers just 15 or 20 years after the Crucifixion.

He existed and only by beliving in God and following Jesus is there salvation.

forgive me for my confusion. some say Jesus is the son of God. Others say that Jesus is God. Since little, i've always wonder how Jesus can be the son of God and the God at the same time. If Jesus is God, then God was baby who was born with blood all over him, need to be feed, and have to learn. And later, the great God was murdered by some weak human? God should be better than that. And now some people say that he have child. So, that baby would be like the grandchild of God and also the child of God? So much confusion. Maybe it is you who've been confused. Who have the final say then? God-father, Jesus-God or baby-Jesus God? lets have some critical thinking about that. i'm going to convert to religion with only one God. life should be simple. simple is good, but not any simpler.what about you?

Did you hear about the cities they discovered that people have said never existed because they were in the Bible?? What about History books?? Even public schools mention Jesus' name that he did exist (which is the Rock of my Salvation). And do we have to go into the 150+ prophecies in the Bible that were all fulfilled in this one man??

Yes. Read a book called "A Case for Christ." It was written by an atheist that converted to Christianity after examining the evidence of Jesus' ministry and resurrection.

Jesus is an historical figure. The Jews believe that he was a Rabbi, and the Muslims belvie him to be an historical figure also, but neither believe hi to be the Christ of Massiah as Christians do.

Well, I can't. It is pretty widely accepted that he did. I believe he did. I guess the mystery is, was Jesus concieved immaculately, did he return from the dead and acsend into heaven. I'm not sure that I can buy all of that.

Nope. Nobody can. And just because you can't prove he didn't exist doesn't mean he did. All you people base your entire religion off some book you think was written by "God".
Meh.

Empirically there is no way to prove he did or did not exist. The Bible is not empirical evidence, and we've not found any genetic evidence either. Likewise, there isn't any concrete proof that he is just a fictional character and did not walk the earth either.

So, it comes down to faith and just what you choose to believe.
