The "diet" part is not any worse and at least you are reducing the carbs from the sugar. I have heard rumors about some artificial sweeteners, but everything I have seen argues against each other. In any, the caffeine is still just as bad in both diet and regular. I have even been told that caffeine can interfere with your liver's ability to metabolize fats, which naturally helps one lose weight. If you are going to do the diet cola, might as well go all the way and do the caffeine-free diet cola.

try to limit it to at the most once a day -- but diet coke is better than regular. And maybe try substituting a glass of water for diet coke whenever possible!

I heard that there is something in diet drinks that kills you faster than the regular but it might not be true. Hey, I've been drinking diet faygo and nothing's happened since I did. So no it's not bad for your health.

It isn't good for you. Do you have Coke Zero where you are (no sugar at all)?
Maybe try having just one can a day.

Consuming normal coke, food plan coke has all these unhealthy sweeteners and crap in it.. And has extra chemicals than commonplace coke. The sugars in normal coke your body can digest, however the chemicals in weight loss program really damage you. ;)
