All of the above (Shampoo & Condition regularly)...and don't forget to add a Hot Oil Treatment ever other week

P.S. You don't have to cut/trim in order to keep your hair healthy.
Remember that your hair grows from the roots,....not the ends.

1. use natral shampoo and conditioner. find a coop. they have all natral foods and a bunch of other goodies! they would have all natral shampoo and conditioner there. find on that suits your hair type.

2. get a bore bristle brush. and a wide toothed comb.

3. don't wash your hair everyday. give your hair a chance to soak up those oils.

4. wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner 3 times a week. or if your hair is very oily wash it 5 times a week.

5.don't use curling iorns, straighing irons, blow dryers, ect. if you use this everyday it will dry out your hair. you can use them a few times a week but no more.

6. put your hair up when you go to sleep. so it doesn't tangle. in a pony tail will work.

7.when you comb your hair start from the bottom and work your way up. moving down. this pulls on the scalp less.

8. treat you hair like fine lace. when you get out of the shower don't rub your hair with the towel. the will make tangles in your hair and break it. just dab it with the towel. and do not ring your hair out.

Shampoo and condition 2-3 times a week. Deep condition once a week, and use a clarifying shampoo or plain vinegar once in like 15 days. That's it.
