My stomach feels very weird whenever I eat. Is this normal?? Can anyone also give me some tips on ways to not "fall off the wagon"?

I thought I was gonna die on Atkins. After the first few days, it gets easier. I am such a carb freak that my body craved it so bad. The cravings go away, trust me. I was successful and after a month, I lost 12 lbs. I kept it off to this day, but you just gotta keep working at it. I wish you the best of luck!!! P.S. For a sweet little treat.. sugar free jello with cool whip and a bit of cream cheese. YUMM!!!

I went on the Atkins nutrition recurring some years in the past. It grow to be a pair of week till now i spotted any difference, yet I felt great! be sure you drink a number of water - approximately 8 glasses an afternoon. This helps your kidneys to handle each and all of the protein. i do no longer understand how a lot power your physique burns by skill of status. probably little or no . that's truly helpful to step that up somewhat. whilst i grow to be on the Atkins diets, I stored various of fish, fowl and meat around to snack on. there is little to no carbohydrates in any of this. With tuna, you do no longer could desire to refrigerate it. i'm hoping this helps.

Sorry to say, gthe Atkins diet is not really that good for anyone. I have known several people who have gone on it and eventually they went off it and gained back weight quickly. Being on it can cause health problems. Better to just eat smaller meals = five a day - and lots of fruit and veggies and cut back on the fats and starches.
And exercise to burn calories

Interesting name there, Ms. "Fat and Happy." I think you need to re-think your proclamation, considering your question.

As for Atkins, variety is the key to staying on the diet. Find plenty of low carb recipes or you'll get bored.
