Lets say a child is born. Throughout his life he achieves many great things, finds cures for diseases, helps man kind. He has compassion for the poor, sick, and all who are in need of help. He loves and accepts absolutely everyone. His love is so tremendous that it is a force than can be felt by everyone.

He does not believe in Religion and Questions the Existence of God.

Surely, he will go to hell. Sad isn't it? Not only is it sad, but also, illogical.

The child will not go to hell. Think about how bog God's grace is. His mercy is far beyond what we can fathom. If you give Him the time of day to get to know Him and his personality, you will be confident that the people who don't have the capacity to think, or for little babies and children who cannot grasp the concept of Jesus, will surely be in Heaven, because God understand this. However, when we grow, and become more intelligent, and we as young adults and adults still reject Him, those are the ones who are without excuse. The bible tells us that we must be like the children in order to enter the kingdom of Heaven, but us adults are without excuse.

I am sorry, but just like every nation and kingdom on this planet has rules, regulations, and laws that the citizens MUST follow - so does the Kingdom of God.

HE said, that those who do not obey His laws; which include believing in Him and His Son Jesus Christ will not be given eternal life.

It is only illogical to Us, in our carnal and self- centered minds.

Just like when parents, make rules which the children must follow OR suffer the consequences of being disciplined. God did the same thing, He set down the rules of His Household and the consequences of breaking those rules.

These are the questions that must be answered in our lives, to see if we are following the Rules of God's Household.

1. Have I always loved God my Creator with all my heart, mind, soul and strength?

2. Have I made a god in my own image, a god to suit myself?

3. Have I ever used God's name in vain?

4. Have I kept the Sabbath holy?

5. Have I always honored my parents implicitly?

6. Have I murdered (God considers hatred as murder)?

7. Have I committed adultery (including premarital sex and lust)?

8. Have I stolen (the value is irrelevant)?

9. Have I lied (including fibs and these questions)?

10. Have I coveted (been greedy or materialistic)?

Answering yes to any of this questions, without believing in the saving grace of Jesus Christ - will Guarantee that we are disciplined by God for breaking His rules. I sorry, but we can no longer 'sugar coat' the truth about God's Kingdom and His Word.

HE is not 'POLITICALLY CORRECT' and neither should anyone who believes in Him and His Word (The Bible and Torah).

When we attempt to put God and His divine powers in a bottle or limit Him, we only manage to deceive ourselves about how Majestic and Powerful - He really is. In the eyes of God, we are all sinners and have fallen short of His Kingdom. THAT is why He sent Jesus Christ to die and be raised again - So that we can have forgivness of all our sins and be granted eternal life.

Just being a 'good person', is not going to get ANYONE; into their eternal life.

You have an illustration in the Bible of just such a man. In the book of Acts Angels appear unto Him and tell him to go to Simon called Peter and He will tell you what you should do. Peter was instructed by God that he should recieve them and preach Jesus unto them. Well guess what they all got saved and full of the Holy Ghost and went away rejoicing. What do you think about that.
Isn't God good!!!!

No one can answer that question. Not any Christian, not even you. Only God. I happen to agree with you. That would be illogical of God. But God is not illogical. He is a merciful and just God. He will make everyone get what he/she deserves. Trust in God not in man.

That is only illogical to a fool who has no understanding of God, & the way he works. In the time it took you to come up with that hypothetical question you could have studied up a bit more on God and realized you cannot earn your way to heaven. No human will ever be good enough by Gods standards to enter the gates of heaven. That is why we Christians need Christ, to cover our sins with his blood, so that God, will over look us.

Here read this:
Your stand-in
by John Fischer

“This includes you who were once so far away from God. You were his enemies, separated from him by your evil thoughts and actions, yet now he has brought you back as his friends. He has done this through his death on the cross in his own human body. As a result, he has brought you into the very presence of God, and you are holy and blameless as you stand before him without a single fault.” (Colossians 1:21-22 NLT)

True believers are constantly in a state of shock. How can this be? How can I stand before a holy God who sees everything and have him unable to find a single fault in me? Is he blind? I know myself. I know the attitudes in my heart. I know the baggage I carry around. I have been a Christian all my life; don’t you think I would have this down by now? Well I don’t, and that makes this blamelessness even harder to believe.

But believe it I do, and believe it I will. It’s my only chance. My only chance of survival before a holy God is that Paul (the writer of Colossians) is right about this, and the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ in His physical body has shielded God from the whole truth about me. Christ is my advocate. He is continually recasting the scenes of my life in another light.

Christ is my shield. I know the Bible says this, and I’ve always thought that was talking about my protection from harm. But I think it also means he is my shield against a holy God who must deal justly with sin. (And if you think about it, you wouldn’t want it any other way. If God isn’t just, there’s no justice anywhere.) That’s why Jesus took it so badly on the cross. That’s what all the blood was about. So God would look at us, looking for sin, and crane his neck trying to look around Jesus, and be unable to see us outside of what Christ has done for us. And Jesus is saying, “Forget trying to find any blame with John. I’ve got him covered. Don’t worry; he’s mine. Remember, I took care of all this on the cross. Your holiness and justice are in good shape – by the way – and John, and all these people here who believe in me, are safe in my arms.”

Too much, huh? Now does that make you want to just go out there and see how much sin you can get away with? That’s the farthest thing from your mind. Once you get this, you know you don’t deserve it, so you want to do everything you can to live a life worthy of what Christ is doing for you right now. He’s your stand-in.

Does that clear anything up.

And stupid. This is what troubles many thinkers that don't dismiss religion outright (as most do). Why should a good person who, simply by their own lights, can't bring themselves to "believe", suffer eternal torment? They are being true to themselves and are not swayed by mob pressure. But, to logically argue absurdity is just as absurd.

First, the man you portrayed is fictitious. There is no perfect person ever lived on earth since Adam, except Jesus Christ.
Bible said Adam introduced sin into the world, and all his descendants became sinners. Only through redemption of Jesus, human beings are cleansed and redeemed. You do not need to work on a fictitious person. Just work on yourself to see if you need to be forgiven!

In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives us air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives us water to drink and food to eat.
God gives us a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves us, and we are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!

Why "illogical"? If a person doesn't want anyithing to do with God in this life, they will get their wish in the next life.

However, God WILL REWARD/BLESS those who do good on this earth with good things during their time on earth.

Let's pretend that he also saves the whole world makes everyone happy forever and ever and even corrects all God's mistakes.
Might as well push your fairytale to the limit, because that's all it is - a fairytale.
