because you need to balance your life , there are imbalances in your life , and you need to sort them out now . You work too hard and no play.

I found that I had the same problem a few months ago and struggled with it for a while. It wasn't until I started making time to take my regular walks/run, either early morn or in the evenings and also getting back into the gym, that I figured out what was going on. Working in an office does not require much physical activities so your body will not be as tiered as it would be if it was but to work during the day, so either your body needs to release that energy and require rest sooner or stay awake until it finally gets tiered. Get more active during the day than normal and see if this helps. Might not be done in one day but if after a few days to a week, you are still having this problem then consult a doctor.

Well maybe you have slight obsessive compulsive disorder brought on by the modern world and working in it? Or do you drink coffee during work? Or it could be slight Hyperactivity due to efficiency of work required. Basically I would say it's cause your trying to be as efficient as possible, I often have the same problem. Then again I see sleep as a waste of time is this true for you too?

sometimes after a hard days work it can be hard to settle down cos ur mind is still thinking about what you have done thro the day or worrying about what you have to do the following day!
it doesnt seem to matter how much you feel ur day to tire urself out it doesnt work. try a hot bath with candles, nice cup of coco and soft music :)
best i can do lol! x

You need physical exercise, using the brain all day is tiring but you need to use your body too.
