Its not common that rains in caguas, so means something strange

I am not quite sure, but Cayey is very close to Caguas. Beautiful cities both of them. Was there recently. Hope to be there again in a few weeks.

Cayey, that in Caguas rains.

Cayey and Caguas are in Puerto Rico.

Strange sentence.
