Please don't use baking soda as it errodes the teeth. Braces can trap food and stains so a good scale and polish with a dentist should help brighten them up quickly enough for Friday and you could ask your dentist if you are suitable for Airflow cleaning, which is more powerful, kind of like sand blasting. However, in the long run the best, surest and safest way to actually whiten your teeth is slow release bleach done via a dentist. However, most people don't get it done until after the braces come off and just get a regular clean and polish in the mean time. It can be a pain in the *** as you have to wear a light gum shield at night for a couple of weeks but it lasts years longer than laser bleaching and is safe. It's also a bit cheaper. Well worth it. edit: ps - i didnt do all those thumbs down above. some of those answers are ok, but I'd avoid the baking soda/strips etc and home kits are useless.

You could...

A) Brush with baking soda

B) Try Crest White Strips or a similar product

C) Try a whitening toothpaste (few work, so probably not your best shot)

D) Rinse your mouth often and brush 3-4 times a day (or after every meal)

Hope this helps!

baking soda and peroxide work quite well.
since you are going to get your braces off, the dentist will probably advise you to get a good cleaning too
Be sure to ask him about inexpensive whiteners
P.s. I think that everyone is going to be impressed already by the fact that your teeth are straight!
GOOD LUCK

You can get them professionally whitened by your dentist, or use Crest white strips along with whitening toothpaste, and be sure to avoid coffee or soda or anything that might stain your teeth.

Peroxide rinse 3 times a day works good. And it's cheaper than buying those whitening strips.

crest white strips.. but they're expensive.
just brush your teeth twice a day with a good whitening toothpaste... my teeth use to be pretty yellow and now they're pearly white, just after doing that for about two weeks

You must wait until you have your braces off before you whiten them otherwise they will look blotchy were the glue adhered your braces to your teeth.

Did you know that Catherine Zeta-Jones brushes her teeth with crumpled fresh strawberries to keep her teeth white? I havent actually tried that, but white strips and baking soda definitely work.
