my husband got brutally attact by a catraction officer in the downtown central jail I need to find a lawyer that is willing to listen to his story, they broke bones in his face he was in hand cuffs and they knocked out his tooth, it's very serious I been calling around for the past 4hrs getting , the same answer we handle personal injury cases, but not kind, i keep getting pushed to another atorney, if somebody out there and is on line and knows of an attorney that can help us, please help me

You might start by telling us what a catraction officer is. The web says: Your search for catraction officer did not match with any Web results.
Then tell us why he was in the downtown central jail. There are two sides to every story, and I'm willing to hear yours, but you are leaving too much out.

I am a bit surprised that you can not find any lawyer who will take the case, or at least listen. However, four hours isnt all that much time...
I would, however, suggest using your local and state media.. Call a reporter or a newstation-- they almost always listen... You may be able to get the story out in public. That might cause some atty.s to come looking for you ; to help.

Start by filing a complaint with the jail. That should start an internal investigation. This will give you time to find an attorney. It will also let you see all sides of the incident. Maybe your husband was not playing nice with the jail staff.
