we have to be charming, funny, good looking, great in bed, be able to read their minds, dangerous but still be able to be nice, nice but not os much, smart, own a car, have a house, a fancy job, and the list goes on and on and on.
the only thing us guys as for is that girls like us for us, the same way we like women just as they are. but no....no sireeee....not even that, women expect the world from us.
and when we can't deliver because we're only human, they go and cheat on us, then say it's our fault.
its a no win situation, thats what it is. so i say lets just forget relationships and focus on the screwing. in the end that's what it's all about isnt it? the sex. thats what its always all about. so us guys have to settle for whores, while women cheat.

Some definately set their standards too high. Of course, many demand more than they deserve or have to offer in exchange. As a result, they grow into bitter spinsters. Just talk to the down-to-earth girls, and leave the stuck-up ones to a life of feline companionship.

Women do set standards too high a lot of the time, but guys are shallower and more likely to cheat than girls. And guys are much more focused on sex than girls. I can understand where you're coming from though, women shouldn't expect their men to be perfect and not give anything in return.

Hope your bitterness passes quickly, bro...sorry you've been done wrong like that. Don't lose faith...there are plenty of women to whom lots of those things you mentioned mean nothing. Don't try too hard. Someone will love you for you!
By the way...not all guys have to settle for whores, some have women they love who love sex just as much as them and dont have to go ANYWHERE else!

Boy-O-Boy... you have a problem on your hands. What women expect from men dates back to centuries ago. Start reading some romance novels and you'll get the idea. A man has to be a man. It's just nowadays men are lazy and expect women to pick up the slack and we are not having it. Besides that, if a man was good in bed, he shouldn't have anything to worry about. Whoa buddy, sounds like you've been with the wrong girls. The ones I know just want a guy that is loving and sincere. The other stuff helps, but I don't know any girls that would really insist on a guy having all that.

They say all this because they want the most bang for their buck.
But when they "feel" love (or some great feeling) they'll wanna give up on alot of those things and settle for a reasonable subset of that very long list.

not necessarily. women want a man who will respect her, be loyal to her, and won't hurt her. if a woman likes you, she likes you, it doesn't matter what "standards" she has, because believe me almost 100% of girls who are in a relationship aren't in the relationship with their fantasy, but with real people who they have real feelings for.
standards are merely just the ideal, but very few women actually adhere to these so don't worry :)
