* BUDDHISM IS THE IDEAL TRUTH *
I say this because I have read and understand Buddhism. Not because of my parents, relations and friends do.
Once I gave up being a Buddhist in my childhood and came to believe another religion.
But as I grow, I understood that the only way to live a favorable and satisfied life and became a Buddhist again because each incident has a reason in Buddhism.

Like any other religion it helps to find peace of mind and soul. I've been reading about it among other religions. I can tell you that they deserve all my respect for what they preach and they practice it as well. I love to meditate so am doing it through buddhism style because for christians meditation is not shown.

Buddhism is peaceful, and practices peaceful tenants, therefore I think Buddhism is beautiful and has much to offer us during our daily endeavors. We are all connected, in ways that we cannot imagine. We are here to help one another........it is in the big scheme of things.

I personally don't subscribe to it or other organized religions. But I do live in Thailand, and almost all of my friends are Buddhists. I think that they are very peaceful, and accepting of other religions. They will answer any questions openly and honestly without trying to convert or "save" you. they are eager to include you in any religious activity or invite you to temple if you wish. I wish every person in any religion in the world behaved this way so we could gain knowledge from each other. But, it is what it is....

Of several of the major organized religions I think it makes more sense then most. At least from what I know of it which is admittedly very very little. I do like some of the concepts of inner peace, self discipline, denying materialistic urges. Stuff like that is very interesting.
