yes, these are trapeze rigs. (the only ones I can afford)

I'd go with the second one. The one in the link is actually a gymnast's spotting rig that's been modified by "Ludwig" (whoever he is), while the second one is actually built from the ground up as a trapeze rig. Additionally, the manufacturer of the second rig claims that they use only US manufactured hardware. In general, you can trust the ratings on US manufactured hardware over the cheaper stuff from Taiwan (no insults to the Taiwanese intended, that's just the way it is).

Basically it boils down to whether you trust your personal safety to "Ludwig".
