I have noticed plates on the "front" of the following vehicles;

New York, Virginia, California, Texas, Maryland, Illinois, and New Jersey.

I have seen plates only on the "back" of the following vehicles;

Pennsylvania, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Montana, Michigan, and West Virginia.

Does this info help any?
