Mark 14
32And they came to a farm called Gethsemani. And he saith to his disciples: Sit you here, while I pray.

33And he taketh PETER and JAMES and JOHN with him; and he began to fear and to be heavy.

34And he saith to them: My soul is sorrowful even unto death; stay you here, and watch.

35And when he was gone forward a little, he fell flat on the ground; and he prayed, that if it might be, the hour might pass from him.

36And he saith: Abba, Father, all things are possible to thee: remove this chalice from me; but not what I will, but what thou wilt.

37And he cometh, and findeth them sleeping. And he saith to PETER: SIMON, sleepest thou? couldst thou not watch one hour?

So who was there Peter and Simon, or Peter, James and John, confusing?!
Who prays like Jesus? Any Christian?

In your question to who was there, it was Peter, James, and John. Jesus named Simon, Peter (Simon and Peter are the same person). And all Christians follow his example. That wasn't the only time Jesus prayed in front of people.

It was Peter, James, and John. Peter's actual name was Simon Peter. When Jesus refers to Peter and then Simon, he is refering to the same person. I wish I could pray like Jesus, but he's God, he's hard to compete with.

Matthew 10:2
2 Now the names of the twelve apostles are these; The first, Simon, who is called Peter

Kind of like James who is called Jim or Robert who is called Bob. Get it?

This was the prayer when Christ took upon him the sins of the world. I don't think anyone can truly appreciate all that he suffered. But yes, we should pray like he did, to the Father and ask for strength to do what we should.

Yes, we do. He is our example.
