Smile at him! Be friendly, strike up a conversation, give him a compliment, or tell him a joke. If you do these things a few times and he's interested, you'll know pretty quickly.

Also, remember guys are very visual. Wear something cute/pretty (not slutty!) and do your hair in a different way for a change.

Seriously, chances are that if you've noticed him he's already noticed you.
