Depends on different views. In my opinion, it's not just the sex, but the sexual arousal that's a sin. Because that could lead to worse things. We're not only told to stay away from sin, but are cautioned against anything related or even close in that may lead up to sin. Rationalizing is dangerous, kissing (which is OK) can lead to "petting", can lead to other acts that are not "sex". But, the next thing you know, you've so far you might as well do it.
After marriage, it's between you and your spouse. Some would say it still is a sin. But my thoughts are that the church doesn't follow you into the bedroom; do what ever feels comfortable.

Clinton proved blowjobs aren't really sex - it's kind of like exercising your mouth.

If that isn't sex, what is it?
Oral sex is sex - don't make excuses or compromise what you know God is saying.
