Cats are nocternal so spend most of the day sleeping. Becouse of their fast metabolisms and the rate that they burn energy they need about 16 hours of sleep a day

Because they can - really! Cats are such efficient hunters that they only need to be awake and active a few hours (usually at night) in order to catch the prey they need to fill up.

Cuz they are lazzy and sometimes eat to much. Eating to much can make you tired. Plus they are cats, what else do they have to do.
